Winnebago Industries Inc., (NYSE: WGO), announced on Friday that Jil Littlejohn-Bostick was named the new executive director of the charitable foundation for the company.

Littlejohn Bostick was appointed as the new director of Winnebago Industries Foundation at the beginning of April. She was also appointed vice president of the corporate responsibility team.

The Winnebago Industries Foundation gives to communities in which its employees and customers reside. Winnebago's headquarters are in Eden Prairie. It also has facilities in Indiana, Florida and Iowa.

The company stated that it plans to double its annual giving before the end of 2025. The company has not released its 2022 totals, but it did say that in fiscal 2021, financial contributions and other charitable activities exceeded $1.4 million. This is 14 times more than 2016.

Littlejohn Bostick retains her previous responsibilities in the company for inclusion, diversity, and equity initiatives.

Stacy Bogart said in a press release that 'Jil has strong leadership skills, and is able to drive positive changes to her role'. Bogart is the general counsel, corporate vice president, and secretary of Winnebago Industries.

Littlejohn Bostick has held senior positions in the corporate and non-profit sectors before joining Winnebago 2021. She was the director of diversity and inclusion at Hubbell Inc., an electronic manufacturer based in Shelton, Connecticut, and the first female president and CEO of the South Carolina civil rights non-profit, Urban League of the Upstate. She was also executive director and CEO of the YWCA in Greenville, South Carolina.

Littlejohn Bostick said in a press release that Winnebago Industries had been connecting people with the outdoors for more than 65 years. I'm excited to continue this work with our community partners, as we strive to inspire new generations to become outdoor enthusiasts and mobilize resources to help people in need.
