First Commonwealth adds 2 corporate bankers from S&T

Jon Kowalski was appointed corporate banking group manager, and Frank Bovina the corporate banking team leader. Kowalski was most recently the western Pennsylvania market executive/commercial group manager at S&T. First Commonwealth (NYSE.FCF) is the No. 11 and S&T is No. 10 percent of the deposit market share in the 10-county Pittsburgh metropolitan area. Both banks are located east of the city in Indiana and Pennsylvania. In a prepared statement, Dave Reed, Pennsylvania's state president at First Commonwealth stated that he was proud of the growth in the company's corporate banking team as well as the solutions they offer middle market businesses across Pennsylvania.
