Chicago is experiencing a "moment" of innovation in the food sector. World Business Chicago will be showcasing the sector at the Chicago Venture Summit Future-of-Food next week.
According to Abin Kuriakose of World Business Chicago, the chief strategy officer and innovation officer, early data indicates that this will be World Business Chicago’s largest Chicago Venture Summit. More than 1,000 people are registered, representing over 450 unique businesses, including 157 startup companies.
