Bucharest, January 16, PRESS RELEASE EBRD and Bucharest Stock Exchange launched Investor Relations and Liquidity Support Programmes. Listed companies are invited to apply for membership in EBRD and Bucharest Stock Exchange's new Investor Relations and Liquidity Support Programme. Three companies will be selected for support in improving Investor Relations. Companies that are listed on the Bucharest Stock Exchange are invited to apply before 28 February. The European Bank for Reconstruction and Development and the Bucharest Stock Exchange have launched a new Investor Relations and Support Programme in Romania. This programme will improve capital market visibility and stock-exchange liquidity for up to three selected issuers. The programme will be implemented in close collaboration with selected companies as well as a team professional Investor Relations (IR), consultants from VERTIK with international and local expertise. This joint initiative will allow selected companies to improve their visibility on Romania's capital markets and provide them with essential tools to present their equity story to investors. The company will receive tailored support, which includes assistance in strategy development and internal management of IR activity. There will also be training for IR teams for strategy implementation during the six-month period following delivery. The Programme is open to all issuers until February 28, 2023. The Programme is expected to attract more than 10 companies from the listed sector. Up to three of these will be selected. The consulting collaboration is expected to begin in May 2023. Decree No. 31.01.2006: 80% of advisory services for selected companies are covered by KTACF – Capital Markets Development Technical Cooperation Programme. Funded by the Government of Korea. 20% of the costs of selected companies are expected to be covered. Businesses are invited to attend an online workshop hosted on 19 January by the EBRD and Bucharest Stock Exchange.
